Scant

Mr. Scant is the official Keeper of the Monuments in Ankh-Morpork. He keeps the Triumphal Arch (in a box next to a little bit of cotton fluff), the Colossus of Morpork (in a pocket) and may have something to do with the Quirm Memorial though it is not entirely clear what. According to tradition he gets paid one dollar a year and is given a new vest on Hogswatch. Carrot and Angua visit him in Men at Arms.
