Stone

Professor Stone appears in the Assassin's Diary where he is listed as one of the current tutors for the Assassins' Guild as well as the head of Pernypopax Dampier House.

Professor Stone tutors young pupils in the subjects of Alchemy and Metalwork and is the inventor of many of the Guild's recent weapons such as the tiny one-shot crossbow and concealed palm dagger, as used by Inigo Skimmer, and a whole range of devious jewellery. He is willing to embrace both modern devices and older magical creatures such as Swamp dragons to help him with his welding.

Pupils who enter his workshop should be very careful what they touch, as the professor believes that testing is for life, not just exams!

In his photo for the guild yearbook, Professor Stone looks like a rather stern white-haired man in his fifties. He is shown wearing a scorched white apron over his black uniform and has an unusually high thick collar on his jacket, perhaps this serves as a neck-guard, has he has one small dragon on his shoulder, and another on his lap.
