Thog the Butcher

A member of the Silver Horde, a Barbarian hero hampered by a late-onset continence problem. It's hard when that leather loincloth has to be big enough to conceal an adult nappy. Cohen the Barbarian decided not to bring Thog to Hunghung, but later felt doubts after Rincewind voiced his doubts on the horde's chances of survival.
