Lecturer in Applied Astrology

An unimportant Wizard (at least in the eyes of Esk) who was mentioned in Equal Rites. Since he is only a lecturer, he presumably works for the Professor of Astrology, or at least alongside him in the observatory.

He only appeared as an attempt to prevent Granny Weatherwax and Esk from being the first women to enter the Great Hall of Unseen University. He failed, miserably- in fact, she ended up instructing him to find an important wizard). Some slightly wiser wizards summoned bledlows, but even they proved unable to eject Granny Weatherwax- and given that they are the one body of men Rincewind can't run away from... Esk ended up feeling sorry for them.
