A beggar, member of the Canting Crew. He has an awesome collection of skin diseases, and a cough that is almost solid. He makes a living by not being invited at parties (If you don't want him to show his "personal collection" to your guests, or cough on the canapés, you just send him a little gift so that he doesn't come ...).
