Talk:Boy Willie
The Author has described people who say things like "clearly" and "of course" in lieu of actual arguments. Why is Billy the Kid a more likely source than all the Boy Willies from the old border ballads to the character in August Wilson's The Piano Lesson? --Old Dickens 23:06, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
Okay, good point. I was assuming Billy the Kid since he was a famously young and young-looking gunslinger and would have the kind of fearsome reputation that a member of the Horde would want. Of course he'd probably have folk tales sung about him too...
Yep, and several movies. On the other hand he was a punk who got his comeuppance at twenty-one. Boy Willie would probably kill you for the comparison. --Old Dickens 11:33, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
