Denephew Boot
Denephew Boot is a wizard credited with the invention of the term Pavlovian response. He found that by a system of rewards and punishments a dog could be trained to eat a strawberry meringue at the ringing of a bell.
Annotations
It can be assumed that the strawberry meringue was more specifically pavlova, a meringue-based dessert originating in either Australia or New Zealand (Apparently it's a whole thing).
