Uncle "Stuttering Jim" Trouserer was a clown who is eternally famed in the history of the Fools' Guild and is one who left behind his undying mark for which his name will ever be famed. Apparently in 1799, he coined the aphorism which has become the Guild's very motto - Dico, dico, dico!
