Lulu Darling

An apprentice witch appearing in A Hat Full of Sky, Lulu was one of the girls Tiffany met as part of Annagramma's coven.

Annagramma introduced Lulu as 'not being unable to do anything about her name'. She was not mentioned in later books, so it is possbile that she has quit.
