This is a speech from the Patrician Havelock Vetinari to celebrate the twinning of the great twin cities of Ankh and Morpork, known together as the city of Ankh-Morpork, 'the Big Wahoonie' oldest and greatest city of the Discworld, to which all roads lead to (sort of), with the town of Wincanton in Somerset.
