The Cockbill Street Roaring Lads were a street gang in Ankh-Morpork, of which Samuel Vimes and Lupine Wonse were both members. They were based in and drew recruits from poor-but-proud Cockbill Street on the rimward side of The Shades.

While Wonse was never the leader or second-in-command, he was the boy who kept coming up with good ideas to stop the bigger kids picking on him out of boredom. His ideas often involved unlocked windows or robbing old ladies. He also developed a special skipping run that allowed him to keep up with the older kids.

Much to Vimes' relief, they never had cause to fight Willikins' former gang. This was due to their having a non-aggression treaty with the Shamlegger Street Rude Boys so they could concentrate on fighting the Pigsty Hill Dead Marmoset Gang.
