Hapley is a small town at least half an hour's ride from Ankh-Morpork. It contains An unidentified inn and a jeweler's shop. Presumably there is a stable.

Moist von Lipwig visits here in Going Postal only for long enough to sell a ring and buy a horse (nearly 35 minutes).
