Practical Siege Weapons is a magazine for the enthusiast. A bit like Roundworld's Guns and Ammo, you rather get the impression that those whom it is about don't need the advice, whilst those slightly nerdy types it is for are a bit like Gerald Leastways or Nobby Nobbs - excited about weaponry but a tendency to faint if it comes near them. This could be either from stress/fear (in the likely case of Mr. Leastways, the kind of man who spills his guts at the mere thought of having his guts spilled) or from sheer boundless enthusiasm (in the case of Cpl Nobbs, as seen in Men at Arms, the kind of very small man who is mildly obsessed with very big weapons).
