What, exactly, is the point of this article? All of the information on Eric is redundant and can be found on his own page. And the stuff about Elric belongs only as an annotation there as well... or am I missing something? TC01 02:16, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

I've always been vaguely opposed to articles on out-of-universe characters and other authors or similar, but others feel that some source material deserves mention. Where do you draw the line, Publishers, People, Reading suggestions, or just OoU characters? --Old Dickens 03:36, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
In this case it's simple: it's not a character in a Pratchett work, it's not a real person connected to the publishing of Pratchett work, it's only an annotation and as such does not deserve a separate article but should be included on the Eric page or on the annotations of the book. --Sanity 12:33, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
