What is Kit Cox trying to say with the '''breast'''plate? It seems to be the kind of thing that would attract some good-natured ribbing in the squad-room,

What is Kit Cox trying to say with the breastplate? It seems to be the kind of thing that would attract some good-natured ribbing in the squad-room, not to mention lewd, crude and rude catcalls and harassment.
