The third term refermenced is of course ''paedophile'' (US spelling: ''pedofile''), denoting one who is sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children.  While a man can be both pederast and paedophile, it is not automatically the case that these go together.

Hmmm... beguiling theory, but there could be a three-way confusion going here.
Nhumrod is a teacher, albeit an ineffective one. This makes him a pedegogue.
Om called him a pederast, which is more properly a male homosexual with a taste for anal sex.

The third term referenced is of course paedophile (US spelling: pedofile), denoting one who is sexually attracted to pre-pubescent children. While a man can be both pederast and paedophile, it is not automatically the case that these go together.

And of course a chiropody student is not fully trained until they can do podiatry - ie, toenails....--AgProv 00:23, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

The recent redaction by DiscworldFanatic needs explanation, since Om did indeed call him that (Corgi PB, p.38).
