Billy Teller

Billy is a youth on the Chalk who allows his mouth to run away with him in the time of the Cunning Man. he makes some unwise and ill-founded comments about Tiffany Aching that provoke her brother Wentworth to come to her defence, despite the fact Billy is a foot taller and several years older. Despite a bloody nose, Wentworth is proud of damage inflicted to Billy's fork, and considers he got the better of the fight. Their respective fathers have since had quiet words.
