One of the Four Horsemen of the Common Cold, one of the occurrences of the Four Minor Horsemen mentioned in Interesting Times. The others are: Sniffles, Nostril and Lack of Tissues.

There are other groups of Minor Horsemen too (always in fours, of course) - those of Public Holiday and Panic.
