Short Story:Medical Notes

Listed under Short Stories because it qualifies as short and has nowhere else to go, Medical Notes is, in fact, just that. It is a series of short descriptions of ailments more often seen on, if not peculiar to, the Discworld - and in particular Ankh-Morpork - supplied by Dr Peristyle Slack, of the Ankh-Morpork Guild of Barber-Surgeons.
