Pamdar the Witch Queen

Pamdar the Witch Queen was a contemporary of Evil Harry Dread, mentioned in The Last Hero. She used to "queen it up on a throne on top of a pile of skulls" but was brought low by first marrying Mad Hamish, and then abandoning The Code altogether, and setting up her own shop, Pam's Pantry. She makes, and sells, marmalade. Not that good, apparently.
