A member of the aristocratic de Yoyo family, who made his living as a book illustrator. Unfortunately he also suffered from dyslexia, so while his illustrations for Chaffinch's seminal Ancient and Classical Mythology were technically competent, his captions for them were less clear. The illustration for the two occasions in the year where circumstances allow the Wintersmith and the Summer Lady to meet, came out with the title The Dacne of the Sneasos. According to Eumenides Treason, "words worried him, for some reason. He did not have the same talent with letters as he had with painting."
