Cockbill Street Roaring Lads

A street gang in Ankh-Morpork, where Samuel Vimes and Lupine Wonse were both members. They were based in and drew recruits from the poor Cockbill Street on the far side of The Shades.

While Wonse was never the leader or second-in-command, he was the boy who kept commming up with good ideas to stop the bigger kids picking on him out of bordom. His ideas often involved unlocked windows or robbing old ladies. He also developed a special skipping run that allowed him to keep up with the older kids.

Much to Vimes' relief, they never had cause to fight the gang where Willikins had once been a member. This was due to them having a non-aggression treaty with the Shamlegger Street Rude Boys so they could concentrate on fighting another gang.
