A region in the Ramtops close to the borders of the kingdom of Lancre, while not directly part of it. As only three witches have steadings in Lancre itself (Granny, Nanny & Miss Nitt) this region is not part of the kingdom, and may also include Miss Level's house. It contains the steadings of several witches, such as the cottage of Miss Treason, and associated villagers and farmers.
