Does anyone remember what the Getting Started page looked like? It is the last major redlink on the main page, so it would be nice to see it created.--Zdm (talk) 11:48, 9 December 2012 (PST)

:Not that well. Osiris should have it there somewhere. Searching doesn't turn up any pages in the Discworld & Pratchett Wiki namespace, although we have the Mended Drum. What if I have a question about the details in an annotation? I don't want to simply submit an edit (in case my recollection is faulty), but I'm pretty sure the annotation is wrong. Is there a way to submit something for verification by a moderator? Aldric (talk)
:This is the first purpose of the Discussion page. Post your objection there and if no one rises to support the original in a few days, go ahead and correct it. Otherwise, you can just do the edit with a bit of explanation in the Summary or the Discussion (Be Bold, as one of Wikipedia's many contradictory rules suggests) and see if there's any opposition. (Annotations are a bit trickier to edit because many are people's opinions, which are harder to argue with than facts.) --Old Dickens (talk) 20:46, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

Not that well. Osiris should have it there somewhere. Searching doesn't turn up any pages in the Discworld & Pratchett Wiki namespace, although we have the Mended Drum. I'd like to have Help:Editing back, too. --Old Dickens (talk) 12:04, 9 December 2012 (PST)

To edit or not to edit...

What if I have a question about the details in an annotation? I don't want to simply submit an edit (in case my recollection is faulty), but I'm pretty sure the annotation is wrong. Is there a way to submit something for verification by a moderator? Aldric (talk)

This is the first purpose of the Discussion page.
