Which book says that he died of gout? I've just checked Wyrd Sisters, and Champot tells Verence I that his "nephew cut [his] head off while [he] was asleep". Firestorm17

Interestingly enough the Discworld companion claims he died of gout. It says, "he carries his head under his arm. Since he died of gout, this may take some explaining." Not sure what to make of this discrepancy. --Zdm (talk) 05:27, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
