Do we have any other mentions or references for the first mention of this possible book? Even to find the year in which it was mentioned could be useful.

Except for the fact other sources and websites also share this rumour and it is universally attributed to Terry at H-o-W, I can't find anything more substantial yet, or else any direct account or transcription of Terry's actual speech. Still looking, though! AgProv (talk) 22:50, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
