In 2006, the book was screened on the BBC as a three part television series, the episodes being called 'Mrs Tachyon and the Bags of Time', 'The Butterfly Effect' and 'Deja Voodoo'.
The book was also adapted into a musical pack for schools Johnny and the Bomb A Time-Ticklingly Tremendous Musical, by Matthew Holmes in 2012.
